Disable XP "Do you want to restart your computer now" Nag

If your still using windows XP like Me, you would have this issue of it Forcing you to restart the computer after an update, and it keeps reminding you every 15 minute if you click on 'Later', well Jeff Atwood has found the simple solution as mentioned in his "Coding Horrors" blog
